01 Introduction

X Bajee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you meet the eligibility requirements, X Bajee may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the X Bajee platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering at X Bajee, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. • Deposits are credited after confirmation from the payment provider — usually instantly.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe shown on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name.

X Bajee does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is identified as coming from a payment method that does not belong to the account holder, the deposit will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the X Bajee platform are subject to the specific rules of the game being played, as well as the general betting rules in this section. By placing a bet at X Bajee, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game.

• Bets are final once confirmed. X Bajee does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, X Bajee will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with the game provider's rules. Bets affected by verified technical errors may be voided and stakes returned.

• Game results are final once the round is complete and confirmed by the system. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the game round in question.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

08 Account Suspension and Closure

X Bajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

• Accounts suspended for Terms violations may have their balances withheld pending investigation.
• If an investigation concludes that a breach occurred, X Bajee may forfeit the account balance in full.
• If an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld balance will be returned and the account reinstated or closed at the player's request.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting X Bajee support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard verification checks.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

If you wish to close your X Bajee account voluntarily, please contact our support team. We will process your request and arrange the return of any remaining balance to your verified payment method. Please note that closing your account does not cancel any pending withdrawal requests already in progress.
